This is an old scene that I wanted to re-work with a different lighting style.
The actual building is in Tokyo, but I don't think it's the Chrysler building. I didn't intend to match the photo reference exactly, in this case.
Modeled in Blender 3D 2.43 and rendered with Maxwell Render v1.1. Final composition and tweaks with Photoshop.
